ABOUT

WELCOME TO PHARMACISTDIARY.COM

Hello my name is Osayomore, a Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with a growing interest in how we better support adults living with ADHD – particularly women.

Over the past few years, awareness of ADHD in adults has grown significantly, with many women being diagnosed later in life after years of struggling with overwhelm, burnout, and self-criticism.

Medication can be life changing, but it is only one piece of the puzzle.

Medication alone doesn’t teach you how to manage time, organise your life, regulate emotions, or build sustainable routines.

I am currently exploring ways to provide structured psychosocial support for women with ADHD, combining behavioural strategies, practical systems, and medication literacy from a pharmacist’s perspective.

My goal is to help women move from surviving with ADHD to thriving with it.

If you are an adult navigating ADHD or a professional working in this space, I would love to connect.
