Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will this replace my prescriber/psychiatrist?

A: Absolutely not. The ADHD Support Hub complements professional medical care. Your prescriber handles diagnosis, medication, and psychiatric treatment. We handle the strategies, accountability, and practical systems that medication alone doesn’t provide. They work together.

Q: How is this different from therapy?

A: Therapy helps you process emotions and past experiences. The ADHD Support Hub is practical and present-focused. We’re building systems, strategies, and routines that actually work for your ADHD brain.

Q: Can I join if I’m not on medication yet?

A: The Hub is designed for people who are diagnosed and on (or exploring) medication. If you’re newly diagnosed and not yet medicated, reach out we can discuss if it’s the right time.

Q: What if body-doubling doesn’t work for me?

A: Body-doubling is a core component because research shows ADHD brains regulate better in community. That said, we can discuss adaptations. The focus is on what actually works for you.

Q: How long should I stay in the Hub?

A: This depends on your goals. Many clients find 3 months transformative. Some stay longer to deepen their strategies. It’s not a lifelong commitment. You decide when you’ve built the systems you need.

Q: Is this offered as a group only, or can I do 1:1?

A: The Hub is primarily group-based (body doubling + strategy circles) because community is part of the magic. You do have an initial 1:1 goal-setting call and access to pharmacist check-ins. If you need intensive 1:1 support, we can discuss bespoke options.

Q: When can I start?

A: We open founding cohorts 1 June 2026. Early adopters get £25/month pricing locked in.
